Main Responsibilities:
• Processing incoming requests, registering/escalating tickets in the ServiceDesk system, and monitoring request execution while following internal procedures.
• Providing information support to clients, including access management and supervision of work within the data center in accordance with internal regulations.
• Maintaining technical documentation, updating the knowledge base, and preparing user instructions within the scope of responsibility.
• Interacting with monitoring and video surveillance systems (Zabbix, DCE, Macroscop, CBAS), preparing schedules and reports on a regulated basis, and notifying responsible persons of events.
• Carrying out regulatory procedures on a regular basis.
Work Schedule: 5×2 from 09:00 to 18:00.
Salary: 80,000 Gross + quarterly bonuses.
Requirements:
• Secondary or higher technical education (or in the process of obtaining).
• Knowledge of the OSI network model.
• Basic understanding of network protocols and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system administration.
• Proficiency in Russian, both written and spoken.
• Diligence and the ability to follow regulations.
• English language proficiency at an Elementary level or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
• High proficiency in English.
• Basic understanding of virtualization systems and backup principles.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience working with ITSM systems.
• Confident knowledge of network technologies and utilities.
• Experience administering Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
