Forget posting cats. We seek a strategic SMM architect to build our global voice from the ground up (LinkedIn-first). You’ll transform insights into compelling campaigns and own Blask’s social presence as a lead-generation engine.
Your Mission (What You’ll Do):
• Build & Scale: Establish and grow Blask’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), defining a unique, unmistakable brand voice and visual identity.
• Content Leadership: Develop high-impact content series, landing pages, and campaigns from market insights. Create content yourself or build/manage a team (writers, designers, video editors, analysts).
• Campaign Execution: Launch integrated campaigns for product updates, events, and industry news.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Own key metrics (ERR, CTR, Reach, Lead Gen). Analyze, adapt, and scale successful strategies.
• Innovate & Own: Proactively pitch and execute new content formats and special projects.
Your Arsenal (Who You Are):
• Proven B2B Builder: 5+ years experience scaling organic social, ideally in a B2B tech/startup environment. Show us your case studies: “This channel became my lead-gen machine.”
• Strategic Owner: Thrive on full ownership. You initiate briefs, pitch ideas, and lead execution.
• LinkedIn Expert: Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s B2B landscape and growth levers.
• Impact-Driven: Focused on content that directly drives business goals (leads, brand authority).
• Passionate Pioneer: Eager to build something significant at the intersection of AI, iGaming, and media.
