SEARADAR is a fast-growing startup in the field of yacht client service. We help clients organize their yacht vacation easily and comfortably, we accompany them at all stages.

Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound leads from websites/ads

– Conduct initial calls, messages, and emails

– Identify client needs and recommend suitable yachts

– Transfer warm leads or close deals independently

– Maintain client contact until final decision

Requirements:

– Fluent English and Russian

– Personal laptop and reliable high-speed internet

– B2C sales/customer service experience (a plus)

– Professional written communication (emails/messaging)

– Fast response time and ability to work under pressure

We Offer:

– Base salary: €600/month + bonuses (first month: base only)

– Performance bonuses: €300–€1,000 (upon meeting targets)

– Career growth:

– Promotion to Expert (€750+/month)

– Raise to €850/month after 3 consecutive months of hitting targets

– Schedule:

– Month 1: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 CET

– Later options: Sun–Mon or Tue–Sat

– 100% remote (work from anywhere)

– 12 paid days off + 4 weeks vacation
