AI Engineer
About the role
Turn business needs into robust AI-powered software that is deployed, monitored, and scaled across the client, with Azure as the primary platform. Build AI applications, assistants, agents, and workflow automation components. Integrate Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms. Develop retrieval, tool-use, orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail components. Work with data engineers and data scientists on end-to-end solutions. Support agentic workflows reusable by country teams. Improve developer experience, engineering standards, and production readiness.
Requirements
- Strong Python and SQL engineering skills
- Experience building GenAI applications, assistants, agents, or AI-enabled automation
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, or comparable platforms
- Understanding of RAG, prompt and context engineering, tool calling, evaluation, and orchestration
- Experience with APIs, cloud-native services, data pipelines, and enterprise integration
- Comfortable with GenAI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or OpenCode
- Fluent English
