Architect
About the role
SYNRG is a design-build company combining architecture, advisory, and turnkey realization, with its own architecture firm. They are looking for an experienced architect ready for more ownership: leading projects independently, making design decisions, and mentoring junior colleagues. Responsibilities include designing high-quality architecture across sectors (housing, commercial, transformation), coordinating project teams through all design phases (SO to DO/UT), being the point of contact for clients and external partners, checking designs against regulations, feasibility, and sustainability, advising on materials, technical solutions, and sustainability, guiding and managing junior architects and modelers, and presenting designs in words, visuals, and feeling internally and externally.
Requirements
- Master's in Architecture (TU or Academie van Bouwkunst)
- Registered in the Architects Register (or soon to be)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as an architect
- Project coordination experience at an architecture firm
- Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe CC, ideally BIM
- Visually and conceptually strong, technically capable
- Good Dutch, spoken and written (required)
- Communicative, independent, takes responsibility
