Bar Manager
About the role
Lead a vibrant bar team at The Hardiman Hotel in Ireland, delivering outstanding service and a high-quality beverage offer. Oversee bar operations including stock, ordering, and scheduling; create innovative drink menus; manage budgets and drive profitability; ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations; train and mentor staff; and collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Irish hospitality
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of bar operations, mixology, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
