BI Developer / Junior BI Developer (Power BI)
About the role
HBIS Analytics is a business intelligence platform trusted by 200+ hotels across Greece, helping them make better decisions with data. You’ll onboard clients and build Power BI models, reports, and dashboards, owning delivery from start to finish. Both experienced and junior candidates are welcome, with training on the company’s data models and processes.
Requirements
- BI Developer: 2+ years of hands-on Power BI experience (data modelling, DAX, reports)
- Junior BI Developer: a relevant degree or 0–2 years of experience, with solid SQL, Excel, and Power BI foundations
- Strong SQL and Power Query skills, or a clear drive to master them
- Advanced Excel skills and a data-analysis mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Fluent Greek and English, with clear client communication
- Nice to have: Dataflows, PBIP files, VS Code or Git, a financial background (P&L, cost analysis, accounting data), hospitality experience
