Business Manager - International Expansion & Partnerships Associate

Support vendor sourcing, due diligence, and onboarding for Care.com's global B2B partner network, working across Operations and Voice of Customer teams. Identify vendors and services to expand global B2B offerings, evaluate prospective partners, support contract negotiations, onboard new vendors, act as day-to-day contact for assigned vendors, prepare quarterly business reviews, and support client webinars, benefit fairs, RFPs, and sales calls.

• 1–3 years in partnerships, vendor management, business development, or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in business, international relations, or related field
• Strong written and verbal English (other languages a plus)
• Comfortable with detailed diligence work and external-facing responsibilities
• Thorough, willing to raise concerns before moving forward
• Organised and able to manage a portfolio of vendor relationships independently

• €45,000–€50,000 gross per year
