Business Services Manager
About the role
Lead and grow the Procurement Services organisation serving Körber's Business Units. Own and evolve the procurement service delivery model, turn Business Unit demand into priorities and workflows, drive process standardisation for PR validation, PO processing, approvals and invoice handling, ensure compliance with internal policies and governance, act as central escalation point and stakeholder interface, manage team KPIs for capacity, quality and service level, balance workloads, and support onboarding of new Business Units.
Requirements
- 5+ years in procurement, shared services, supply chain, or operational service environments
- University degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or related field
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- Operational procurement and P2P background (requisitions, POs, invoices)
- Structured problem-solving and business-oriented decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- English at business level; German fluent
