Calibration Technician
About the role
Join the Calibration/Metrology team within the Global Calibration Services organisation, supporting manufacturing, engineering, and R&D. Carry out and document equipment calibrations to procedure, maintain the calibration system database and archive calibration files, coordinate with vendors on external calibrations including reference standards, complete reports and review or update procedures and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in the calibration group.
Requirements
- Minimum NFQ Level 6 certificate or diploma in science or engineering/technology
- Excel and Word skills for spreadsheets and reports
- Experience with equipment is an advantage
- Critical thinking and sound decision-making
- Strong written, oral, and documentation skills in English
