Care Flexer (Period Assignment)
About the role
Join SamenFlex, the flex agency of Samen, as a Care Flexer on a period assignment. Work flexibly but with rhythm and consistency, joining one team for a longer stretch to become a familiar, trusted face for clients, residents, and colleagues. Strengthen the team as Care Assistant (FWG 20), Helper (FWG 25), Helper Plus (FWG 30), or Certified Care Worker (FWG 35). Provide daily care and support, build relationships, work within the team schedule, and move on to a new flex assignment once your period ends.
Requirements
- Working in care, or currently studying a care-related program
- Own transportation
- Enjoy working at the same location for an extended period
- Value collaboration and building relationships with clients
- Looking for flexibility, but with structure and clarity
