Care Flexer (Period Assignment)
About the role
Work as a period assignment flexer providing flexible care work with rhythm and consistency. Join one team for a longer stretch, becoming a familiar, trusted face for clients, residents, and colleagues. Strengthen the team as Care Assistant (FWG 20), Helper (FWG 25), Helper Plus (FWG 30), or Certified Care Worker (FWG 35). Provide daily care and support to clients and residents, build relationships with clients, residents, and colleagues, work within the team schedule alongside permanent teams, and move on to a new flex assignment once your period ends, gaining fresh experience each time.
Requirements
- Working in care, or currently studying a care-related program
- Own transportation
- Enjoy working at the same location for an extended period
- Value collaboration and building relationships with clients
- Looking for flexibility, but with structure and clarity
