Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

ACL, part of the Grimaldi Group, is the world's oldest continuously operating container line, connecting Europe and North America since 1967, operating the largest combination container/RORO vessels. The opportunity: ACL's first in-house CISO, building and shaping the information security function within an international organization running critical infrastructure and global supply chains. Foundational work is already in place with experienced external partners — you'll build from a solid platform, not from scratch. What you'll do: Lead and develop ACL's information security strategy and roadmap; Drive compliance with NIS2, GDPR, and related regulatory requirements; Establish policies, governance frameworks, risk management, and security controls; Advise senior management and stakeholders on security, risk, and compliance; Coordinate security initiatives across ACL and the Grimaldi Group; Manage relationships with external security partners, auditors, and regulators; Support incident response, business continuity, and cyber resilience planning; Drive security awareness and culture across the organization.

• A couple of years of relevant experience in information security, cyber security, governance, risk, or compliance
• Good understanding of frameworks like NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR
• Experience driving security projects with multiple stakeholders internationally
• Ability to explain security topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Professional English and Swedish
• Nice to have: experience in critical infrastructure/transportation/logistics, knowledge of Azure or Oracle Cloud, certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
