Content Creator / Video Editor

Zasta, Germany's leading tax app, is looking for a Content Creator / Video Editor to shoot and edit content that feels like organic creator content, primarily on set with content creators. Responsibilities include filming with a semi-pro setup (mirrorless camera, lighting, mics, gimbal), thinking in hooks, retention, sounds, trends, and memes, turning team-developed concepts into working content, and bringing hybrid skills of classic production craft applied to social media.

• Training or relevant experience in camera/editing is a plus, not required; skills matter more
• Experience producing social content (brand, creator, or personal projects all count)
• Confident with CapCut (mobile & desktop), Premiere/After Effects/DaVinci a plus
• Basic understanding of filming setups (mics, lighting, clean audio)
• A feel for hooks, retention, storyflow, trends, and sounds
• Fast, pragmatic work style with high quality standards
• German at C1 level minimum
