Content Creator / Video Editor

Zasta, Germany's leading tax app, is looking for a Content Creator / Video Editor to shoot and edit content that feels like organic creator content rather than an ad. The role is primarily on set with content creators, filming and editing. You will film with content creators using a semi-pro setup (mirrorless camera, lighting, mics, gimbal, quick rig), think in hooks, retention, sounds, trends, memes, and comment sections, turn team-developed concepts into working content, and bring hybrid skills combining classic production craft with social media.

• Training or relevant experience in camera/editing is a plus, not required — skills matter more
• Experience producing social content (brand, creator, or personal projects all count)
• Confident with CapCut (mobile & desktop), Premiere/After Effects/DaVinci a plus
• Basic understanding of filming setups (mics, lighting, clean audio)
• A feel for hooks, retention, storyflow, trends, and sounds
• Fast, pragmatic work style with high quality standards
• German at C1 level minimum
