Conversational AI Solution Engineer

Analyze customer processes and identify automation and Conversational AI opportunities. Develop voice and chatbot solutions along with technical solution designs. Select and evaluate suitable Conversational AI platforms and technologies. Configure, test, and optimize prompts, dialog flows, and bot performance. Integrate customer systems via APIs and interfaces. Implement technical requirements using JavaScript and Python. Support projects from technology evaluation through go-live. Create technical documentation and build best practices/prompt libraries. Collaborate with customer IT, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar
• Experience implementing voice or chatbot solutions on common platforms
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering and Conversational AI
• Good JavaScript and Python skills
• Experience with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces
• Understanding of automation potential and customer processes
• CX/customer service background a plus
• Structured, analytical, solution-oriented approach
• Strong technical curiosity, enjoys exploring and developing new technologies
