Counselor for Children/Adolescents and Families
About the role
Provide professional counseling and support to children, teens, and families through difficult life stages. Help build a functional support network around the child by connecting family, school, and follow-up services. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization, linking field experience with prevention programs. Maintain basic documentation, participate regularly in supervision, and develop care quality through team reflection.
Requirements
- University or higher vocational degree (social work, psychology, pedagogy, or related field)
- Practical experience in social work or school settings is a plus
- Emotional maturity, respectful and open communication
- Client-centered, networking approach — looking at the child's needs holistically
- Experience in mental health, direct support for children/families, or education is a strong plus
