Creative Strategist & AI Content Creator

We are looking for a Creative Strategist & AI Content Creator to produce our video content at volume and quality. Responsibilities include producing short-form vertical videos for Instagram, TikTok and X (Reels, Shorts, native formats), creating video assets for Meta Ads campaigns and iterating based on performance, generating images and video with AI tools (Higgsfield first and foremost), and maintaining a steady publishing rhythm: test angles, kill what doesn't land, scale what does.

• You have a portfolio, a channel, or a personal account that shows what you make (that's the only real criterion)
• Higgsfield holds no secrets for you, and you follow new AI video tools closely
• You write well, and you have a feel for hooks and tight editing
• You move fast and iterate without waiting for perfect sign-off
• Nice to have: A grasp of ad performance metrics (CPM, hook rate, thumbstop), and command of CapCut / Premiere / After Effects.
• An experience in these industries: Ecom, Marketing Agencies, B2B SAAS
