Customer Outreach Specialist

Search online and identify professionals, entrepreneurs, companies, and SMEs across Italy for assigned thematic channels. Conduct professional phone and digital outreach to present the project. Manage relationships, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. Report on completed activities for bonus tracking. Note: this is not a sales role and isn't limited to phone contact — the goal is to build a steady, qualified flow of professionals interested in the assigned projects and formats.
