Cyber Defense Lead

Ellevio, one of Sweden's largest energy companies, is looking for a Cyber Defense Lead to run and develop their operational cybersecurity center — leading incident detection, response, and threat management for critical national infrastructure. You'll lead and quality-assure the SOC, identify and manage security incidents, develop processes for emerging threats, train and coach staff, and coordinate resources (no formal people management). You'll be part of the Information & Cyber Security team, split between Karlstad and Stockholm, working agile.

Several years of SOC/cybersecurity/IT security experience, ideally in a security-classified environment; analytical, structured, calm under pressure; strong collaboration and communication skills.
