Cyber Defense Lead
About the role
Lead and develop the operational cybersecurity center (SOC) for one of Sweden's largest energy companies, protecting critical national infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading and quality-assuring the SOC, identifying and managing security incidents, developing processes for emerging threats, training and coaching staff, and coordinating resources. The role involves no formal people management and is part of the Information & Cyber Security team, split between Karlstad and Stockholm, working agile.
Requirements
- Several years of SOC/cybersecurity/IT security experience
- Ideally experience in a security-classified environment
- Analytical and structured
- Calm under pressure
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
