Design & Event Marketing Manager
About the role
Create and manage visual assets across channels (brochures, presentations, social media, landing pages, trade show materials) while ensuring brand consistency. Build and maintain a design system and brand asset library. Plan and run trade shows, distributor summits, and industry events end-to-end — booth design, logistics, vendor coordination, budget. Produce event and sales-enabling content, and support the general content calendar. Track KPIs (leads, reach, engagement) and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales — using AI tools to speed up workflows.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in design, event marketing, or integrated marketing, ideally B2B (tech, SaaS, IoT, industrial, or supply chain)
- Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
- Proven experience planning and executing trade shows or partner events
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, lean team
- Fluent German and English
