Dual Study Program – Electrical Engineering
About the role
Mercedes-Benz's dual study program combines academic education with hands-on Group experience. Through the campus model, you'll train alongside students from all plants — theory phases at DHBW Ravensburg, Campus Friedrichshafen, and practical phases in Stuttgart (year 1) and mainly Düsseldorf (from year 2), with the possibility of global assignments. Foundational subjects include math, physics, digital technology, electronics and measurement technology, computer science, electrical engineering, control engineering, and microcomputer technology. The focus area is hardware and software solutions for process automation. You'll gain practical experience in product/process development, measurement and testing, planning, production, quality assurance, or project management, and work on future industry topics like vehicle electrification and smart production (Industry 4.0).
