Electrical Works Supervisor

Plan and organize installation project work. Control installation budgets, prepare completed work reports. Manage the installation team: assign tasks, control quality and execution. Manage subcontractors. Ensure occupational safety, environmental, and fire safety requirements on-site. Maintain construction documentation.

• Higher or advanced engineering education (electrical engineering or related field)
• Experience managing installation teams, organizing work for electrical, alarm, video, automation systems, etc.
• Valid SSVA certification for special structure works supervisor, electrical engineering field
• Willing to travel for work assignments within Lithuania
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills
• Nice to have: railway signaling equipment installation experience, subcontractor management experience.
