Elixir Engineer

Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable, consistent services with reusable, maintainable code. Work with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering managers to turn business requirements into software solutions, define timelines, and estimate effort. Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and troubleshoot complex issues. Keep up with new technologies, drive adoption where appropriate, and grow the team's skills. • Extensive backend development experience
• Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design
• Strong English communication skills and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, with strong problem-solving skills
• Agile experience
• Nice to have: functional programming, Rust and/or Elixir, TDD, event sourcing and CQRS, RabbitMQ or Kafka

• Salary €55,000–€85,000 per year
