Email Marketer & Digital Content Creator
About the role
Own email marketing by developing, planning, and coordinating campaigns. Write and create strong content for email campaigns using segmentation and personalization. Analyze results (open rates, click rates, conversion) to optimize campaigns. Create content for digital channels including social media and website alongside the social media/website manager. Contribute to the digital communication strategy. Train and coach colleagues on email and digital channels. Play an active role in digital rollout of human rights campaigns.
Requirements
- Passion for digital communication and marketing
- Experience with email marketing platforms (CiviMail, Mailchimp, etc.), audience management and segmentation; social media/website experience a plus
- Analytical mindset, data-driven approach to improving campaigns
- Strong storytelling skills
- Fluent, flawless written Dutch, able to translate complex topics into accessible messaging
- Good eye for design, comfortable with Canva (other design/photo/video tools a plus)
- Calm under pressure, decisive, adaptable to fast-moving news
- Organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Independent but a strong team player
- Firm belief in human rights for all
