Join Deloitte's Corporate Functions – Performance & Reward team in Germany. You will build data-driven models, dashboards, and tools that shape career, benefits, recognition, and pay programs. Responsibilities include developing algorithms and models to prepare and interpret decision-relevant data, building custom dashboards with modern business intelligence tools, testing hypotheses by identifying patterns and relationships in data, developing reporting and analytics tools together with stakeholders, presenting structured insights to different audiences, and independently defining and building the process from data to engagement.

• Bachelor's or master's in mathematics, economics, physics (e.g. statistics focus), data analytics, or similar
• Ideally first work experience in analytics and/or project management
• Comfortable handling large data volumes in a highly confidential environment
• (Initial) programming skills in R, Python, or SQL, and experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Sense, or Power BI
• Excellent analytical skills and high standards for your work
