Founding Director
About the role
Lead and build an international research organization from the ground up. Establish the Center's institutional structure and long-term strategy, lead research in Eurasian studies, energy policy and technology, recruit and lead a team of analysts and researchers, build global partnerships with think tanks and universities, and represent the Center at international forums and oversee publications.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in research, think tanks, or project management
- English (C1/C2 required)
- Russian (Advanced preferred)
- Strong leadership
- Geopolitical insight
- Greenfield/start-up mindset
