Freight Forwarding Clerk – Land Transport

Order intake and processing; schedule and coordinate appointments with customers; monitor daily operations with focus on efficiency and quality; maintain order data and process transport documents; dispatch the company's own fleet; plan and manage smooth execution of customer orders; proactive, solution-oriented communication.

• Completed vocational training or several years of relevant experience
• Careful, structured way of working, strong team player, enjoys direct customer contact
• Confident with MS Office, ideally experience with freight/transport management software
• Good German (main office language); good English; Italian a plus
