Freight Forwarding Clerk – Land Transport
About the role
Order intake and processing. Schedule and coordinate appointments with customers. Monitor daily operations, with a focus on efficiency and quality. Maintain order data and process transport documents, dispatch the company's own fleet. Plan and manage the smooth execution of customer orders. Proactive, solution-oriented communication.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or several years of relevant experience
- Careful, structured way of working, strong team player, enjoys direct customer contact
- Confident with MS Office, ideally experience with freight/transport management software
- Good German (main office language); good English; Italian a plus
