Growth Marketing Manager
About the role
Optimize the e-commerce customer journey — landing pages, product pages, cart, checkout. Plan and run A/B tests across website and CRM. Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing: segmentation, retention campaigns, automated flows. Support and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max). Analyze performance and turn insights into action plans. Build dashboards and reports across marketing, website, and CRM. Collaborate with brand, product, design, and e-commerce teams. Use AI tools to improve workflows and reporting.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in growth, performance, or e-commerce marketing
- Proven track record in CRO
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks
- Proficiency with CRM/lifecycle platforms like Klaviyo
- Solid understanding of Google Ads
- Comfortable with Shopify, GA4, Looker Studio
- Fluent English; German a plus
- DTC e-commerce brand experience preferred
