Head of Budgeting / Cost Estimation
About the role
Coordinate the technical-commercial department; ensure proper execution and submission of technical and commercial proposals across design areas; support the technical team in preparing detailed budgets, project analysis, and closing proposals; take part in meetings with clients and/or partners to discuss proposals under review or negotiation, optimizing costs; identify opportunities in line with the company's commercial guidelines.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to analyze and interpret projects
- Proficiency in CCS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong deadline management, planning, and organization
- Negotiation and supplier communication skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
