Head of Budgeting / Cost Estimation
About the role
Coordinate the technical-commercial department and ensure proper execution and submission of technical and commercial proposals across design areas. Support the technical team in preparing detailed budgets, project analysis, and closing proposals. Take part in meetings with clients and/or partners to discuss proposals under review or negotiation, optimizing costs. Identify opportunities in line with the company's commercial guidelines.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to analyze and interpret projects
- Proficiency in CCS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong deadline management, planning, and organization
- Negotiation and supplier communication skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
