Head of Procurement

Reporting to General Management, lead the Group's procurement strategy focused on economic performance, supply security, and continuous improvement. Deploy the Group procurement strategy in line with industrial and financial priorities; analyze key cost drivers and manage procurement performance including tracking savings and identifying optimization levers; ensure compliance with procurement procedures and harmonize practices across Group entities; lead the team of buyers and the facility manager, support complex negotiations, and handle strategic purchases; contribute to the rollout and use of the SAP MM module; ensure compliance and evolution of the procurement process under ISO 9001 and 14001.

• Higher education in Chemistry and Procurement Management
• At least 5 years of industrial procurement experience, ideally in chemicals
• Proven experience structuring the procurement function internationally
• ERP expertise, ideally SAP MM, plus data analysis tools (advanced Excel)
• Able to work in a multicultural environment and lead remote teams

• Progress in an independent, human-sized French industrial company with a strong international dimension
