HR Analyst

One Frio is a young, fast-growing network in temperature-controlled food logistics, bringing together family businesses across the Netherlands and Ireland (Grolleman Coldstore, Nedcool, Coenen Boxmeer, HK Logistics, McCulla, Granville, KOG) — providing cold storage, warehousing, order picking, transport, and end-to-end logistics for food products. The HR Analyst will run day-to-day recruitment: vacancies, screening, interview scheduling — and help improve candidate experience, employer branding, and the values-based interview approach. They will get fluent in all HR tools and help improve how managers and employees use them, help build out internal communications as a real channel for culture and connection across sites, support onboarding, values workshops, L&D, and other culture-building initiatives, and spot inefficient processes, propose better ways, and help roll them out.

• Completed HBO/WO degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Genuine interest in HR tech and people tooling
• A builder's mindset — you notice what's inefficient and get stuck in fixing it
• Strong Dutch and English, spoken and written
