HR Director (Strategic HR Lead)

An international construction group operating in Lithuania and other European countries is looking for an HR Director to set and run the HR strategy in Lithuania. The role works with local and foreign leaders to link HR decisions to business results, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team on people management, organisational development and change.

• Experience leading an HR function, building and running HR strategy, and managing organisational change
• Ability to see people issues in a business context and turn decisions into concrete results
• Excellent Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage)
