About the role
Support a defined group of employees, acting as point of contact and advisor for managers, staff, and apprentices on all HR-related matters. DRK Rostock supports over 1,200 employees across 40+ facilities as one of the largest social service providers in Rostock, running child/youth welfare, elder care, workshops for people with disabilities, social work, and rescue services.
