IAM Domain Architect

Epical is a pure-play data consultancy. Its Digital Trust team helps organisations build secure, modern digital identity capabilities. You’ll design IAM architectures and roadmaps for large enterprise clients, working toward Zero Trust security models. Lead the design of identity and access management architectures for clients. Develop IAM strategy, governance models, and solution roadmaps. Guide implementation projects across identity lifecycle, access governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management. Advise clients on complex identity challenges and their move to Zero Trust.

• Deep IAM expertise and experience designing enterprise IAM architectures
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance
• Experience turning business requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions
• Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in complex enterprise environments
• Professional working English
• Fluent Swedish or Finnish
• Nice to have: Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, OpenText, Omada, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Zero Trust, Azure/AWS/GCP, IGA, PAM, ITDR, certifications, consulting experience
