Industry Business Specialist

Process energy industry business processes across electricity, gas, water, and heat. Work on market communication, billing, and back-office tasks. Handle metering and energy data management tasks. Investigate and resolve process deviations. Communicate with market partners and internal contacts. Work with systems such as SAP, powercloud, kVASy, Schleupen, or Wilken. Help optimise and digitise existing processes.

• At least 2 years’ experience in the energy industry, for example at a utility, municipal utility, grid operator, metering operator, or energy service provider
• Solid understanding of energy processes across electricity, gas, water, or heat
• Knowledge of at least one billing or ERP system (e.g. SAP IS-U, powercloud, kVASy, Wilken, or Schleupen)
• Experience in one or more areas such as market communication, billing, metering, energy data management, supplier switching, or back-office/customer service
• Structured, independent working style and willingness to take responsibility

• 100% remote work within Germany, full-time or part-time from 30 hours per week
