Infrastructure Engineer

Own global office network infrastructure and help roll out enterprise AI platforms across the company. Design, deploy, and manage Meraki infrastructure across global offices via the Meraki Dashboard and APIs; troubleshoot Wi-Fi, switching, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity issues; manage ISP relationships including circuits, renewals, SLAs, and outage escalation; run office network builds, moves, and refreshes with Facilities and Security; operate Zero Trust and network security infrastructure (Cloudflare Zero Trust/WARP, VPN, firewall policy); deploy and administer enterprise AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise and Claude; build AI-powered and scripted automations; design and enforce AI usage controls including data protection, DLP, and audit logging; act as escalation point for IT Support and take part in a global on-call rotation.

• 2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, firewall)
• Hands-on experience with Meraki or comparable enterprise networks
• Experience working with ISPs and carriers
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or JavaScript, and REST API experience
• Understanding of data security as it applies to AI usage
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Bonus: Cisco CMNA or CCNA, SD-WAN, Cloudflare Zero Trust, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), SOX compliance, AI adoption programmes

• Estimated base pay €59,000–€74,000 per year, with possible corporate bonus
