IT Administrator

Set up, install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT infrastructure for the company and customers. Set up accounts and workstations for new employees, provide onboarding IT support. Monitor IT infrastructure performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Ensure continuous security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Be part of the ISO27001 team, ensure compliance, and conduct internal audits.

• University degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management (networks, hardware/software setup and maintenance)
• Experience managing virtualized environments, network servers, and firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of system and network security
• Fluent written and verbal Greek and English
• Nice to have: professional certifications (e.g., MCSA), familiarity with ISO27001 and internal auditing experience.
