IT Consultant

Elithair, a leading hair transplantation provider and part of Medical Hair Company, is looking for an experienced Freelance IT Consultant to serve as an independent second perspective for their DACH IT organization — not an operational IT lead, but a neutral advisor providing a fact-based assessment for leadership. The consultant will get an independent overview of the existing DACH IT team, analyze roles, responsibilities, skills, and performance, give leadership a well-founded second opinion on staffing and organizational setup, identify needed competencies and positions, question existing priorities, analyze processes and documentation, identify weaknesses and propose improvements, develop recommendations for a clear scalable future IT structure, prepare findings for the CEO, and act as an independent sounding board.

• Several years of experience in IT consulting, IT organizational development, or IT management
• Experience analyzing and developing existing IT organizations and teams
• Strong understanding of IT structures, roles, responsibilities, and skill setups
• Ability to objectively assess team performance and critically question existing structures
• Experience connecting technical and organizational questions
• Strong analytical and business mindset

• A clearly defined, temporary consulting mandate with direct influence on key decisions
• Close, direct collaboration with the CEO
