IT Support / Infrastructure Specialist
About the role
Own the IT environment for HQ and all Form Factory fitness clubs across Slovakia, working closely with the Polish IT team on infrastructure and security. Responsibilities include resolving hardware/software/network issues, supporting HQ and club staff, helping set up new clubs (tech prep, vendors, equipment), managing LAN/WAN/CCTV/AV, maintaining IT standards and asset tracking, and supporting IT projects and budget planning.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in IT Support/Infrastructure
- Conversational English
- Hands-on with Windows 11 PRO/Enterprise
- Basic knowledge of Entra ID, M365, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, Ubiquiti
- Driver's license (Class B, regular travel required)
