IT Support / Infrastructure Specialist
About the role
Own the IT environment for HQ and all Form Factory fitness clubs across Slovakia, working closely with the Polish IT team on infrastructure and security. Resolve hardware, software and network issues, support HQ and club staff, help set up new clubs (tech prep, vendors, equipment), manage LAN/WAN/CCTV/AV, maintain IT standards and asset tracking, and support IT projects and budget planning.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in IT Support/Infrastructure
- Conversational English
- Hands-on with Windows 11 PRO/Enterprise
- Basic knowledge of Entra ID, M365, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, Ubiquiti
- Driver's license (Class B, regular travel required)
