IT Technician

The G C School of Careers is looking for a motivated IT Technician to join their ICT Department — a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic educational environment and is passionate about technology and problem-solving. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day technical support to staff and students, installing and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, supporting ICT infrastructure, maintaining cybersecurity standards, preparing ICT labs for exams, and maintaining equipment inventories.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, or related field
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Nice to have: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, network administration, or cybersecurity experience.
