Line Manager

Lead a store department and team to deliver the best shopping trip for customers, covering service, standards, availability, and team development. Coach and develop colleagues, deliver KPIs, ensure training and compliance, plan seasonal and promotional activity, and drive sales and presentation.

• Previous management experience (essential)
• Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Being the go-to person for your department’s queries
• Shaping and influencing at senior level
• Retail experience preferred
