Line Manager
About the role
Lead a department and team in a Tesco Ireland store to deliver the best shopping trip for customers. The role covers service, standards, availability, and team development, including coaching colleagues, delivering KPIs, planning seasonal and promotional activity, and ensuring safe and legal routines.
Requirements
- Previous management experience (essential)
- Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Being the go-to person for your department’s queries
- Shaping and influencing at senior level
- Retail experience preferred
