Management Assistant

Zalazium is a mid-sized AI technology company that builds its own AI products in Hamburg and runs them in its own German data centres. Its customers are mainly energy suppliers and municipal utilities across Germany. You’ll be the communication link between management, sales, technology, and customers. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments and alignments for management, preparing and following up on meetings, tracking tasks, preparing materials for shareholders, being the contact for customers, taking part in customer meetings and supporting offers, presentations, and webinars, explaining technical topics to customers and colleagues, and helping develop internal processes including with AI tools.

• Experience as management assistant, in office or project management, customer support, or a similar interface role, ideally in tech or software
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident, friendly manner with customers, shareholders, and colleagues
• Organisation, reliability, and a structured, self-directed way of working, suited to remote work
• Discretion with sensitive information
• Good English, especially for technical content and shareholder exchanges
• Genuine interest in AI; experience with LLMs (prompting, model selection, AI assistants) is a plus
• Residence in Germany
• Willingness to travel occasionally, for example to Hamburg
