About the role
IBI Co is recruiting on behalf of their client, an established international school in Varna, Bulgaria, looking for a motivated, AMI-certified Montessori Primary Guide (6-12 years) for a progressive learning environment blending authentic Montessori principles with an internationally-minded curriculum. The role involves creating and maintaining a prepared environment that inspires independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning, working closely with a dedicated team focused on delivering an exceptional educational experience.
Requirements
- AMI diploma for Montessori Primary (6-12 years)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Montessori 6-12 classroom
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willing to relocate to and live in Varna, Bulgaria
- Nice to have: experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or another international curriculum.
