Motion Graphics Designer

Remote role supporting Medtronic's Corporate Content & Creative (C3) team. Create motion graphics and video for digital, social, and multimedia channels, designing and animating assets for product launches, campaigns, explainers, and storytelling. Bring brand expression to life through animation, pacing, typography, colour, sound, and visual effects while keeping all motion work aligned with Medtronic brand standards and compliance needs. Support the full workflow from concepting, animation, editing, versioning, and delivery, and review work for visual quality, technical precision, and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in motion graphics, animation, graphic design, or fine arts
• 2+ years of professional motion or video production experience
• Advanced Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro skills
• Strong grasp of animation principles, pacing, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience adapting motion content for social, digital, web, and presentation platforms
• Nice to have: Cinema 4D, Maxon, or Blender
• Nice to have: layout, typography, and colour theory
• Nice to have: video editing and sound integration

• Pay range: €46,480–€69,720 per year
